JACQUIE MARCUS                              Music and Creative Movement Teacher

Jacquie has the enormous pleasure of singing songs, dancing, and generally exploring music and musical activities with the children. Each week she chooses songs that complement the theme that is being studied in the classrooms, although sometimes our creativity takes on a life of its own. Creative movement is every other week and it reflects the classroom themes. The goal of music and movement class is not to create great singers, dancers, or musicians but to hopefully have the children come away with an appreciation of how they can make music a part of their lives. If any one ever is looking for the words to any of our songs, please don’t hesitate to ask.
